Worries exist in the best of us. Sometimes it can feel quite lonely when you’re worrying about something, but I’d say that 99% of people in the world worry. Those worries vary of course, but that feeling of worry occurs in most of us.
With worries, the mind is basically making up negative stories and the body is tense and short of breath and anxious when thinking about those stories. It’s a cycle, with each one making the other worse.
