Our cultural change programmes are an opportunity to completely shift the wellbeing and self care culture within your organisation.
These programmes are bespoke, and include a road map for your organisation. They identify where you are currently in terms of self care and wellbeing, and where you’d like to be in a year’s time. We will look at which strategies from our workshop and 1:1 coaching programmes would best benefit the organisation, and we’ll identify ongoing strategies to be implemented across the organisation in order to maintain momentum around the change.
These strategies include, but are not exclusive to, weekly personalised videos for staff for inspiration, weekly group meets or buddy ups to keep everyone on track, online mini courses that keep individuals inspired, support around developing wellbeing clubs such as running, yoga, pilates, developing a quiet/ meditation space and encouraging and championing staff to make use of it, the supply of resilience and wellbeing journals, personal acknowledgement jars and gratitude boards.
The year long cultural shift programmes include ongoing check ins with staff at various levels of seniority in order to ensure learning and change are taking place.
Each cultural change programme is bespoke and costs are calculated based on budget.
