The 1:1 coaching will deepen the leaders’ individual learning around stress, uncertainty, mental health and self-care. The coaching will also cover self-confidence, presence, boundaries, communication and empowerment. Alongside the coaching sessions, the team will explore the topics as a group, sharing learning and developing ideas around supporting each other and their teams moving forward. For management teams we recommend five hour experiential sessions rather than our usual two hour sessions. Five hour sessions are deeper and more exploratory.

PROGRAMME DETAILS:
Teams will develop a deep understanding of stress, uncertainty and perfectionism. They will learn a clear and effective process to follow to maintain focus on a particular project or area along with an enhanced ability to say yes and no in the workplace. Participants will feel empowered, resilient, confident, part of a strong workplace community and highly self-aware. Staff will develop a rounded understanding of what makes us all tick. Attendees will learn a wide range of strategies to equip them to deal with any difficult situation. Attendees will also feel inspired and able to step into more of themselves. Having the whole staff team engage in the workshop programme will develop relationships across the board. Staff will also feel able to understand the choices and actions of those senior to them. Staff will feel confident to support each other emotionally and proactively way beyond the workshops have completed.
